The father of Ju Sun Hee who lost his wife Dan Bi to the radiation poisoning at the power plant that caused her to have cancer. Much like his daughter, he was also broken up about losing his wife but despite this he still tries to make a better life for his daughter Sun Hee so that she doesn't end up like her mother did and Sun Hee is also grateful for his help. Sadly, thanks to E CORP and the Dark Army, Sun Hee let's the power and ego get to her head to the point she ends up abandoning her loved ones, namely her own dad which causes Dong-Sun to not only lose his wife, but now his daughter too.
