4 years after Shinnok's defeat, Raiden has made it his mission to mercilessly destroy all who would threaten Earthrealm. But Scorpion sees that Raiden's violent actions make him 11 times worse than Shinnok, and forms a resistance of friends and foes to save their world from the Thunder God's tyranny.
