Dani Moonstar, a young Cheyenne mutant, discovers her power to turn people’s deepest fears and desires into reality. Struggling to control her abilities, she is drawn into a secretive institution where others like her are being trained, or contained. As friendships form and hidden agendas emerge, Dani must confront both her traumatic past and the darkness within her powers. When the truth behind the facility is revealed, she leads a rebellion to reclaim their freedom. In the end, Dani embraces her identity as Moonstar, forging her own path as a hero.
