The MonsterVerse is a franchise produced by Legendary Pictures in partnership with Toho Co., Ltd and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures that serves as a shared cinematic universe featuring reimagined takes on giant movie monsters such as Godzilla and King Kong. Despite a similar thematic name, it isn't related to Universal's Dark Universe franchise, which centers around reimagined versions of the studio's classic Universal Horror characters. Feel free to cast the human and monster characters. They can be the same actors or new ones you thought of.
