Ivan Robotnik's cybernetic messenger, built to relay messages, usually to Sonic the hedgehog and the other Freedom Fighters if he can find them. Though not the biggest of machines, in fact compared to his fellow bots he is perhaps the smallest, reaching to only a foot in height, he makes up for it in terms of energy, in fact compared to to the other robots, he is one of the few to actually express certain emotions. As such he usually acts childishly and always has a good laugh whenever something humiliating happens to someone else. Of course not all is fun and games with him as he is often treated badly by Robotnik, the other robots, even Dr Snively, being the target of ridicule and on ocasion, physical abuse, thus bringing new meaning to the term "don't shoot the messenger".
