The police are on the run to search for a ruthless crime boss, Martin Li. But unfortunately for the police, him and his strong army, the Inner Demons, are far away in a less known city where no one can recognize them. But when fighting an weak gang, he is accidently exposed to the drug D-lite, causing him his body to turn into a photonegative color scheme, giving him the powers to heal, get superhuman strength and to control people's minds. He uses his powers to cause massive havoc to make people fear him.
