A young boy named Sean Williams is kidnapped by the criminal mastermind, T-Flint, who is terrorizing Salt City and he now has the boy imprisoned in the dangerous Salt Mines. Now, Bernard and Miss Bianca are on the case to rescue him, but Bernard, along with Charles the Albatross, is abducted. When Bianca finds Sean, the two become friends and she becomes his guardian angel. Now, they must find a way to defeat T-Flint and his henchmen and put a stop to his evil schemes.
