The series follows Charles Morningstar, The son of Charlotte Morningstar & the prince of Hell, as he sets about fulfilling his seemingly impossible dream of opening a hotel called "Misfit Demon Gang Hotel", which aims to rehabilitated sinner demons. His mother passed away after these 14 years, and his family has to start the reunion. Due to over- population, Hell goes through an annual purge where angels, led by Eve, descend from Heaven and kill sinners. Charles finds this upsetting, and wants to find a more peaceful solution to the most overpopulated problem. His goal is to have his clients to check out from Hell as redeemed souls and be accepted into Heaven. With the help of his devoted manager, Ricky and their reluctant first patron, pornographic film actress Demon Wing, he is determined to make his dream to become a reality. But when his proposal on live television goes away, his plan attracts the attention of the powerful "Radiological Satan" Alia who, despite finding his belief in redemption laughable, wants to help Charles run the hotel for his own amusement.
