The movie follows the adventures of Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste, two ordinary Parisian high school students who transform into superheroes: Ladybug and Cat Noir. Together they protect the city of Paris from the villains and evil forces that threaten the city. Marinette and Adrien are determined and courageous teenagers who have a special bond with the Miraculous, magical jewels that give them superhuman powers. But being a hero isn't easy, especially when they have to hide their secret identity from their friends and family. Ladybug and Cat Noir must face new enemies, while trying to manage their personal lives. Marinette must juggle her superhero responsibilities with her schoolwork, while Adrien tries to understand the mysteries of his family and his past.
