The team’s British member, Robert Russell, better known as Cypher, investigates a growing criminal network in London, while American operative Aurelia Kane, better known as Silver Viper, handles covert nighttime missions in the United States. Wu-Lin, better known as Nightshade, a Chinese ninja, faces increasing pressure from the Chinese government as he fights against Communist oppression. Despite the geographical distance, the team is united by a shared mission to combat corruption and protect the innocent.
