Is this the last year of high school, or are we throwing the tween around?
Set in 2006, Joslin and her friends, now 18, are now ready to tackle on their senior year at Eleanor Roosevelt High School. Meanwhile, Joslin's sister-in-law Maggie Simpson is turning 8 years old and is becoming a tween. That means lots of excitement over new shows and movies like Hannah Montana, Aquamarine, and High School Musical, shopping at Limited Too, Claire's, and Justice, and swooning over cute guys like Zac Efron, Jesse McCartney, and Drake Bell. One day, after seeing Aquamarine in theaters, Maggie and her girl gang, including LaShawn Wooten and Tonya Rock, enter a long-term phase where every time they touch water, they transform into mermaids.
