After years of tragedy in her life, Samus Aran becomes a very skilled bounty hunter. One day, she is hired by the Galactic Federation to exterminate all Metroid organisms on planet Zebes and defeat the mechanical life-form, Mother Brain. Now, on a desert planet, Samus must fight to survive and to fulfill her Zero Mission.
