One of the Cobra Unit's members. At least 100 years old during the events of the Virtuous Mission and Operation Snake Eater, The End is credited as the "Father of Modern Sniping". Equipped with a modified Mosin-Nagant, and with his trusty parrot at his side, he's ready to snipe anybody he's sent out for. He's also photosynthetic like a plant and can communicate with the forest to find out where his victims are.
