The commander of the GRU’s Ocelot Unit, and something of a right hand man to Volgin. Despite siding with Russia, he has a western vibe going on about him, and is avery cocky showoff. Thanks to getting his ass handed to him by Snake, he wields dual revolver pistols, though later he improves enough to take him on. His origins are a mystery, but it’s said he’s the son of a legendary hero.
