In the year 20XX, a helper robot named Rock was created by the peaceful Doctor Thomas Light. Light went on to create more industrial robots to benefit mankind. But when his former partner-turned-jealous rival, Doctor Albert W. Wily, steals the robots and uses them to conquer the world, Rock volunteers to stop him and set things right.
