2 years after the wrath of Dr Wily, Mega Man has established himself as a hero to all. Now Wily has teamed up with the Terrorist group, the Emerald Spears to create 8 new robot masters and a giant robot named Gamma. Mega Man is not alone this time as he now has the help of his long lost brother, Proto Man.
