Cartoonverse (Phase Four, Part One)
After his defeat at the hands of Mega Man, Dr. Wily has created eight new Robot Masters of his own, with some outside assistance from Robotnik and Ra Moon. Now Mega Man, along with the aid of Sonic and his group of Freedom Fighters, have to fight this new threat, as well as also deal with both a mysterious robot that has a connection to Rock’s past as well as a proud warrior who has been convinced that Sonic is his enemy.
