Olympic swimmer Todd Arliss had his career crumble before him after an accident damaged his spine. Desperate to fix his injury, Todd submitted himself to an experiment that treated his body with a chemical made from the blood of a shark. The swimmer’s body mutated, transforming him into Tiger Shark.
