The Grandmaster teamed up with Apocalypse and The Beyonder, and they is collecting superhumans, heroes, mutants and after catching them and kidnapping them on his planet, he decides to hold a big tournament, where these superheroes will fight together in the arena, advancing to the next rounds, through various rounds and quarterfinals, to the semifinals and the final duel, where billions of people from all over the universe want to see them fight against each other, for the champion's belt, for freedom and they want to see their blood flow around the arena, they want to see them die. The superheroes eventually rebel, kill the Grandmaster and his two co-workers, and go back home.
