This is an older version of Bruce that instead of becoming the Hulk he gave Albert Gaines his powers he was a member of the Exiles season 1-3 he was killed by a nazi in the yearly crossover and when he got shoot he had to convince Albert into taking a serum that would take away his powers because they had a connection and if Albert didn’t do it he would also die
