From the studio that brought you Moon Knight and Werewolf by Night
The story opens with a disturbed Danny Ketch living in Arizona, on the run from the United States Army Special Forces led by Michael Badilino. In 2012, on Halloween night, A 17 year old Danny takes his sister Barbara to a graveyard to photograph Harry Houdini's grave. During this visit, they stumble upon a gang confrontation, and Barbara is shot through the chest. Distressed and covered in his sister's blood, Danny hides with her unconscious body until he notices a pristine motorbike with a glowing gas cap. Upon touching the gas cap with his blood-stained hand, Danny instantly transforms into Ghost Rider, a Spirit of Vengeance whose mission is to avenge those who shed innocent blood. As Ghost Rider, both Danny's mind and the Spirit of Vengeance are in control, resulting in Danny having limited influence over his actions. In the present day, Danny must return home and meet the former Ghost Rider, Johnny Blaze who takes of Barbara who's all grown up, as they embark on a supernatural mission.
