Character Description

Late 30s - Mid 40s age range. Shown in various flashbacks as Scott's former abusive foster father. Jack was a very bitter and deranged man who was both mentally as well as physically abusive to Scott as a young boy, tormenting him and forcing him to commit various criminal acts with his abilities. Would not have a major part, other than being some visual displays giving some explanation on why Scott is so guarded.
