When his son Harry is diagnosed with a terminal illness, scientist and businessman Norman Osborn races to find a cure before it's too late, and after discovering a serum that gives him superhuman abilities, becomes the Green Goblin. In his search for a cure, Osborn is challenged by the villainous Alistair Smythe, who suffers from the same terminal illness, leaving him bound to a wheelchair, and who seeks the same cure. It's a race against time as the Goblin and Smythe battle for the cure, leaving behind the ultimate path of destruction!
