Description of Vulcan (Gabriel Summers):
Gabriel Summers is the energy-manipulating mutant Vulcan and the younger brother of Cyclops and Havok. Born into slavery on the Shi'ar Throneworld and artificially aged to the prime of adolescence, Vulcan found his way to Earth. After manifesting his powers, he became a pupil of Moira MacTaggert and was then recruited by Professor X into a secret team of X-Men. However, their first mission went awry. Saved by Darwin, Vulcan spent years inert, drifting in Earth orbit until awoken by the mutant energy released on M-Day. With his powers increased, he embarked on a quest of revenge against all who had wronged him, including the X-Men.
