Follow the story of 15-year-old Marlie Hernandez-Dyson, a Latina-Caucasian teenager girl who is given a diary by her mother in which she can write about her memories, with her two best friends, Sasha Williamson and Rachel Davies; Rosalinda, a hard-working single mom and hairstylist; and her rival, mean girl Irina Sizova.
