Synopsis

Focused on the lives of teenagers living on Chatham Island, a fictional island off the coast of Maine. The main characters early in the series are Zoey Passmore and her brother Benjamin, Claire Geiger and her sister Nina, Jake McRoyan, Lucas Cabral, and Aisha Gray.

Description of Benjamin Passmore (Season 1-7):

Benjamin Passmore is Zoey's older brother, a Junior. He's very sharp and perceptive and is overall a good-enough boyfriend to Claire. Ben has a hard time when Lucas comes back, as both his sister and his girlfriend have a will-they, won't-they situation going on with him. As a distraction from the drama, Ben starts hanging out with Claire's sister, Nina. Nina has had a crush on him for forever, but at first he has no idea. Nonetheless, the doesn't the two from getting really close, and eventually romantically involved. When Jake finds out about Ben and Nina's affair, he immediately tells Claire, in hopes that she'll dump Ben. All the girls, including Zoey, turn on him after this.
