a powerful member in the fiero county mob tries to make sure the mob doesnt become like sal marcano and the mob in new bordeux and is a civil rights leader olivia marcano kills him for insulting sal marcano him and marcus both think ahead about their enemies. he runs camera city and is in charge of alot of union rackets mainly in the film industry
