Lobo is hired by Martian Manhunter to go to the corrupt island country of Santa Prisca in the Caribbean to bring down and kill Maxwell Lord. Along the way, Lobo has to fight against the revolting forces and his rival Jonas Glim, who was hired by Bruno Mannheim.
