a quick-tempered, wacky, villainous, obnoxious and jolly demonic-looking pal-skinned racecar driver who is infamously best known as a main protagonist of a 8-bit go-kart racing arcade video game called "Turbo Time!" which shares his original name where he proclaims that he's the greatest racer ever, speaks in a Ed Wynn-styled high-pitched voice, fakes his death from a popular 8-bit video game named Road-blasters resulting in a kill-screen, masquerades himself as a elderly king of Sugar Rush under the name King Candy and eventually discovers that he had some glitching powers much like Vanellope von Schweetz.
