Lightning McQuuen finds himself being dragged back into the criminal underworld, taking on the most dangerous criminal organizations in Cars universe. Lightning McQueen gets a call from his former cellmate and friend Sherman, letting him know he is in trouble. Lightning McQueen gets his gun and leaves, getting his crew together: characters Wario, the Impostor, Mike & Sulley, a demolition expert.
