Synopsis

In the seemingly idyllic small town of Willow Creek during the 1990s, a series of gruesome murders disrupts the tranquility. Samantha "Sam" Caldwell, a charming librarian by day, harbors a dark secret as the mysterious Willow Creek Phantom by night. As she navigates a dangerous double life, she becomes romantically entangled with Alex Thompson, a free-spirited artist unaware of her deadly alter ego. Jordan Parker, a determined journalist, starts investigating the murders, drawing closer to uncovering the Phantom’s identity. Meanwhile, the town's ambitious mayor and Sam's estranged mother add to the web of secrets and deception.
