After a tragedy hit them a year ago, the Karras family is ready to start a new life by moving to their new home on the shores of Lake Mungho, where they can finally heal their wounds, move on and live in the home of their dreams. However, after strange and inexplicable events take place inside and outside the property, the Karras realize that they are not alone in the house and now they must fight against the ghostly forces invading the family's new home before they tear them apart for good...
