I ONLY THREW THIS PARTY FOR YOU. After being rejected from nearly every school she dreamed of attending, aspiring filmmaker Joey is offered a spot at one of the top art schools in Texas- one she cannot afford. Desperate to attend regardless, she discovers a scholarship that would cover the first two years of her schooling, and is given a six month window to make a documentary. Despite her subject being that of two local artists, the camera quickly turns its lens to her.
