In the face of a terrorist threat toward the United States, Secretary Of Defense Alfred Cardinal assembles a team of heroes that aren’t really “heroes”. As the team chemistry starts to crumble through the mission, the heroes turn on each other. Secretary Cardinal doesn’t seem to worry though as if the plan was to get the heroes to kill one another the entire time.
