(Chief Thunder/Eagle's Old Brother)

Hinmatoom (also called Chief Thunder) is a Native American who moved away from his Nez Perce tribe to live an urban life in the city of New Heaven in Connecticut but who after a while decided to return to his homeland and see his family again. But upon arriving there, he discovers that his younger brother had also left Nez Perce and strangely stopped visiting his relatives (which he doesn't usually do). Worried, Thunder decides to return permanently to his tribe and goes in search of his brother and discovers that he was somehow involved with Ultratech and leaves for the tournament to try to find out what he had gotten himself into.
