Never Venture Under the Streets of Gotham, You’ll Find Him!
Waylon Jones was subjected to a lethal dose of toxic waste as a child, rather than dying his skin slowly starts to peel off and form into crocodile skin. Out of fear his parents disown him and throw him out on the streets, Waylon then finds a home for himself in the Gotham City sewers. People say some of the missing people were dragged into the sewer and consumed by him, the Killer Croc!
