The Desire Grand Prix (DGP) is a survival game overseen by an organization of the same name where players must protect the city from the threat of a mysterious enemy called Jyamato. Each participant is bound by the game's rules to continue playing the game until they die or are eliminated while the winner is rewarded with "the right to bring an ideal world to life". Kekera was born sometime in the distant future and became an audience member of the Desire Grand Prix, having acquired a Laser Raise Riser in the process. He began supporting Keiwa Sakurai while taking the form of a frog statue that amplified his voice, and supplied the Boost Buckle to the young man multiple times.
