Thomas Mann(b. 15 April 1856) is the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Union of Britain and member of the Federationist faction of the Labour Party, first coming to power in 1931. Largely self-educated and widely recognised as a leading figure for the labour movement in Britain, Mann has proved a successful organiser and a popular public speaker in the British labour movement.
