Judge Dredd is known to hold the law dear and will never bend the rules for anyone, however he does value innocent lives - in fact he will fight viciously against those who seek to harm the innocent. Morphy assessed Dredd in 2079. He watched with pride as Dredd effortlessly made his first arrest. At some point, he told Joe and Rico Dredd that as Judges belonged to the department, anyone they had sex with could be done for receiving stolen goods; Rico was never sure if Morphy was joking or believed it.
