Marle is a playable main character in the SNES game, Chrono Trigger. She is secretly the royal princess of the Kingdom of Guardia in the game's present day, 1000AD, Princess Nadia. Her appearance is almost indistinguishable from her ancestor Queen Leene from 600AD, which is a major plot point in the earliest stages of the game.
