My pitch.
After spending ten years incarcerated in Arkham State Hospital, Arthur Fleck is released after being found sane. However, he soon learns that his release was arranged by an up-and-coming crime boss in Gotham, who wants to use his "talents" to gain a foothold in the criminal underworld.
