A Regular man named Jack Marty is working a late shift at the station. When the red hoods arrive, they choose him as their leader and throw him into a vat of chemicals, turning him into "The Joker". A random old man named Bruce Wayne who just sits back and relaxes must become a hero again as he was the only cop left alive in Town besides commissioner gordon.
