A crossover crime show
When a Swedish terrorist wrecks havoc in multiple states two units of the FBI (BAU and anti terrorism/Special Crimes) have no choice but to team up with NCIS and law enforcement in two of the affect states the NYPD (New York) and CPD (Illinois). Two detectives from Sweden come over to the US as liaisons and extra help. Together they are the joint Terrorism task squad!! Rip Jerry Orbach and Richard Belzer
