Jesse Plemons is an American actor who started his career as a child actor. He had a breakthrough role as Landry Clarke in the NBC drama series Friday Night Lights. In the 2000 movie All the Pretty Horses, Plemons played a younger version of Matt Damon's character, which Damon said "freaked out" the crew. Plemons has also incorporated intermittent fasting into his routine, which has contributed to weight loss.
