Jeffrey Woods is a common boy of 15 years of age who moves to a new city with his family. However, the problems begin when Jeff and his brother Liu begin to be harassed by a group of gang members. The tragic events that happen to Jeff little by little end his madness and after an accident in which his face ends up burned he becomes Jeff te killer
