Mellon appears in It: Chapter Two. Like the book, he is harassed by the group of homophobic teenagers and is thrown into the canal by them, eventually being killed by Pennywise in front of Don Hagarty. He wears a more modest outfit in this adaptation consisting of a pink shirt, tight blue jeans, and black Cuban-heel boots. He doesn't wear lipstick like in the novel.
