What if... Tobey Maguire was the MCU's Spider-Man?
In a post-credits scene: Tony Stark enters his mansion only to be greeted by Nick Fury. Nick Fury tells him he's not the only "superhero" and brings up the Avengers Initiative. Tony Stark declines, but before he leaves something swings by the window. Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man lands outside the mansion. "I told you that you weren't the only one", says Nick Fury.
