Following the return and reformation of The Regime, Bruce Wayne, better known as the Superior Batman, has resumed reigning over the world with an iron fist, punishing that anyone that does not wish to join him. However, nine months after his return to absolute power, Bruce begins to notice something is off with his firm grip over all governments, as there are reports of attacks being made in several different cities around the globe by resurrected Terminators that once belonged to Brainiac. As more attacks against The Regime occur, Bruce realizes he must get to the bottom of this and stop whatever is happening... Quickly.
