(Art borrowed from Marvel Comics) John Mulligan, a man without a past, all you need to know about him is that he is your hit man, for the job you want him to be successful at, he can create any and only weapons with are mind made out of only the element of fire. Any weapon he can think of but can only create it with his trusty lighter and manipulate the flames of a hit man to take out his targets.
