Synopsis

After being caught in the center of an explosion that destroyed several city blocks and killed thousands, bicycle courier and parkour practitioner Cole MacGrath miraculously wakes up with newfound electrical powers, finding the city in chaos and under quarantine. Between trying to survive in the lawless city and seeking the truth behind what happened, Cole must decide whether to use his new powers for personal gain or the greater good.
